This area is directly east of the campus between Baseline and Colorado Avenue. It is also being redeveloped with new condominiums. One new project, The Flats, was completed several years ago with 3 and 4 bedroom units available. (
The Flats) THere are several other in close proximity including Montclair and Gold Run.
South and further east is the Baseline Subdivision with many three bedroom homes, all about 1,220 sq ft (sometimes with an additional basement). These homes are currently selling in the $300's price range.
