This is the original student rental area, on the west side of campus, with many old larger Victorian homes and fraternities/sororities, apartments and condominiums. Lots of tress and ambiance fill the area. The upper part of the Hill is residential with many single family homes with prices ranging from about $600,00 to well over a million dollars. Rents in this location can range as high as $750 per bedroom, making an investment in the Hill area an excellent investment.
