This subdivision is very similar in nature to the Baseline Subdivision in the east. Rows of homes about 1,200 square feet to 2,200 square feet (if they have a basement). Both Martin Acres and Baseline were built in the 60's and those areas are also being redeveloped. Tops are being popped and new looks are popping up throughout the community.
